The Service is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planning service. Nothing on RideTheDrop constitutes investment advice. See Section 9 (Financial Disclaimer) for the full disclaimer.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for keeping your Google account credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your RideTheDrop account.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not share your account credentials with others or allow others to use your subscription.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current.
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial period. You may cancel before the trial ends at no cost.
After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. Current pricing is displayed at ridethedrop.com. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges to your payment method.
You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@ridethedrop.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, email support@ridethedrop.com within 14 days of the charge.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card details are never stored on our servers. By subscribing you agree to Stripe’s terms of service.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
All content on RideTheDrop — including the dashboard design, signal presentation, AI-generated prose, brand name, and logo — is owned by or licensed to Amit Bagree. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without written permission.
RSI signals and macro indicators are computed from publicly available market price and economic data. RideTheDrop’s value is in the analysis, curation, and presentation layer. You may not use the Service to systematically extract or redistribute underlying data.
AI analysis on the platform is generated by a large language model from publicly available information. Outputs are owned by the operator of the product (RideTheDrop). You may quote short excerpts for personal use but not republish at scale.
You do not submit any content to RideTheDrop. Bookmarks and preferences you create are your data; see the Privacy Policy for deletion rights.
The Service contains links to third-party brokerage platforms (Robinhood, Webull, Fidelity, etc.). These links are provided as a convenience. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any third-party website, its content, or its trading outcomes. Any trades you execute at a brokerage are solely your responsibility.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY OF DATA, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that signals or AI analysis will be accurate or up to date, or that the Service will meet your specific investment needs.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, INVESTMENT LOSSES, TRADING LOSSES, OR DECISIONS MADE IN RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED COMMENTARY.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amit Bagree and RideTheDrop from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) any trading decisions you make based on content from the Service.
You may close your account at any time by emailing support@ridethedrop.com. We will delete your account data within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms. We may also terminate the Service with 30 days’ notice; in that case, you will receive a pro-rated refund for any unused prepaid subscription period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes shall first be addressed by informal negotiation (email support@ridethedrop.com). If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under JAMS rules, conducted in English, with the seat of arbitration in San Francisco, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will email registered users at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
